Hi! My name is Sophie Cantrell, and I’ve always had a huge love for animals and a deep curiosity about the ocean and all the amazing creatures that live in it. This summer, I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to attend a Marine Biology Field Trip in Florida with my school — a hands-on learning experience where I’ll get to study marine life up close and learn from real scientists in the field.

This trip means so much to me because it’s not just a fun adventure — it’s a step toward my dream of working in a field where I can study, protect, and care for animals. I can’t wait to explore the ocean, learn about marine ecosystems, and see the animals I’ve always loved in their natural environment.

I’m raising money to help cover the cost of travel, lodging, and educational expenses for the trip. Any amount you can give will help make this dream come true and bring me closer to the career I hope to pursue one day.
