With the heaviest of hearts, I have to tell our friends and family that Shilo, my wife of almost 30 years and mother to our amazing daughters, passed away suddenly a few days ago due to complications with a medical condition. She passed on to the next adventure at home with us. She had a great day before she had to go; her last year with us was one of our best.

We are planning a memorial and celebration of her life (an anti-funeral.)

Shilo was my best friend, my partner in life and crime, and my copilot in the crazy adventure of

our life together.

We lived life fiercely and on our own terms. We love and miss you already. And are so proud of being a part of your journey and the completely unique, kind, creative human you were.

We will see you again someday at the end of the show.

We hope to help fund the funeral costs and help pad things for our daughters (ages 14 and 17) as we make this difficult transition. Things have been going much better for us financially with the books and consulting/speaking gigs, but this will make things much more difficult.
