Help to Support My Mother’s Battle with Cancer Journey
Donation protected
It is with great sadness to announce that my mother’s Ovarian Cancer (Stage 4) has returned.
I never thought in a million years that I would ever need to ask for help. However, in 2020, my mother was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and I became her primary caregiver. After a year of chemotherapy, she showed signs of remission, and I returned to work. We wanted nothing more than to relocate far away from the 'C' word forever.
Unfortunately, a recent medical appointment confirmed that my mother's cancer has returned, and I will need to leave my job again to care for her. Over the last year, I have been working for minimal pay while caring for my mother's daily needs, resulting in depleted savings. We urgently require a reliable vehicle ($12k) to safely transport my mother and her wheelchair to and from appointments.
Additionally, my mother suffers from approximately 40% hearing loss in both ears, which affects her ability to hear normal conversations, the doorbell, and her cell phone ringtone. Hearing aids are not covered under Medicare and cost around $3000. We hope for a miracle to obtain them for her. Please share this campaign with friends and family, so we can reach our goal in just a few weeks. We are truly humbled by your consideration and generosity.
Please consider supporting me and my mother during this very difficult time.
Stay blessed and thank you,
