Hello my name is Sandra Moore, I will like to give some history on why I am doing this gofundme. I need to raise $1,500 for my (Health Home Care License) with the state of Illinois to send along with the application that will be the first step. The reason why I chose to go into health care is because it's a gift that I always had as a little girl. Most of our gifts and talents start at home. For instance this gift that I have for caring for people actually started from my grandmother how I would see her get up every morning to cook, clean, and do more for her children and grandchildren and that seem to me amazing because I seen the strength in her to take care nine children even in her darkest days I still seeing that strength in her but She was the light of our family she kept the hope a live. The grandmother that I am telling you about has passed away from cancer about eight years ago but I still keep great memories of her to remind me that I can have the same strength she had take care of people like she did for her love ones. I am ready to take on the challenge in the healthcare field to let people know that there are someone out there that really cares about their loved ones.

Just to give my supporters a littler work history of me. I am self - motivated, dedicated and energetic medical professional seeking an opportunity to grow and develop my professional skills. Eager to bring a positive change in the lives of the resident patients and contribute effectively to my company's mission that I am intentionally ready to build and by you contribute/support it will be a great deal for and for the people that I'm going to enjoy taking care of. I work for a home care agency, hospital, private care , home maker in the home of residents as a certified nurse assistant (C.N.A) for twenty- seven years and I am going to school to become a nurse going for my bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and it has been my pleasure to learn so many skills in different kind of settings. With your support I can move along with the process and i also will keep you all up today with everything that I am doing to intentionally build my home health care agency.
