Hello, I'm Krista, and I'm fundraising for my dear friend and boss, Sandi Tomecsko.

Sandi recently suffered a devastating accident while loading her boat into the river on Father's Day with her family. The truck's brakes failed, causing it to push Sandi into the water and tragically run over her, resulting in a broken spine. Despite her injuries, Sandi's first instinct was to ensure her 4-year-old son, Jace, was safe, thankfully he was unharmed.

Sandi was immediately airlifted to Presby Hospital and admitted into the Neurological ICU. She underwent extensive surgery and required numerous staples in her head. Thankfully, she survived without losing function in her limbs, but the road to recovery will be long, and doctors expect her to be unable to work for at least six months.

Sandi is known not only for her hard work but also for her kindness and generosity toward others.
