Hello, my name is Royce A. Gueringer. I am competing in the National Senior Olympics. This is my first year qualifying, and I am the Michigan gold medalist in the 400 meters for the age group 60-64. I am also running in the 800 meters and the 1500 meters. Due to some unexpected expenses these last few months, I need money to cover my travel expenses. My events take place July 28 - August 2, 2025, so I would need to have all donations by July 21, 2025 to ensure time to cancel hotel reservations and other arrangements. I am excited about the opportunity to participate in the National Senior Olympics, which takes place every two years. Like the regular Olympic Games, held every four years, there's no guarantee that I'll be able to make it back in a few years. So, I'm training hard and would be very grateful if you can help me out.
