Our beloved Ravi Shiripurapu recently passed on June 18th, 2021 at the age of 27. His life was tragically taken away in a river accident. He suffered after drowning and was pronounced deceased while undergoing treatment in a local hospital. Ravi was a very responsible son, a loving brother and a great friend who touched the lives of those around him with his beautiful heart and gentle soul. He leaves behind his younger brother and his parents, and so many more loved ones.

Ravi was a very dedicated student and graduated from the University of Connecticut in flying colors and was working as a Consultant Data Engineer at CGI. He had just started his career and was very passionate about it, with big dreams and plans in place to achieve them. 

His family is currently in India and he has no immediate relatives in the US. We are collecting funds to transfer his body to his family in India (Kodad, Telangana) and are reaching out to the community for donations to help with the transportation expenses and to support his family. We want to give Ravi the final rites he deserves, and get him to his family so they can say their final goodbyes and honor is memory. The remaining donations will be used towards fulfilling his student loan and supporting his family during these unprecedented times.

His sudden demise has come as a big shock and a great loss to us, recovering from which doesn't seem possible. His family has been gravely affected and any assistance from your end will make a world of difference to them.
