Hello everyone. S some of you may know I recently spent several weeks in and out of the hospital due to health issuess involving my eyesight and other complications. The doctors have diagnosed me with essential primary hypertension, late congenital optic nerve atrophy, and chronic systolic congestive heart failure. While I am thankful to be home, my road to recovery has only just begun. Unfortunately due to my vision loss, I am unable to get myself back and forth to upcoming and much needed follow up appointments. That's why this GoFundMe has been created.
