Somerby school has stood at the heart of the village community since 1837. The building is Grade II listed and a cherished part of our shared history. Sadly the distinctive and iconic belltower has now reached a critical state of disrepair. Following professional assessment, it has been advised that it requires significant repair to ensure the safety of the children and to restore an integral part of this historic building.

Like many, the school operates under a limited budget with funding dedicated primarily to providing education, resources and support for the children. We are therefor reaching out to the wider community for support.
