Hi my name is Matthew, last June I was hit off of my motorcycle by a careless driver and have been dealing with my injuries ever since, as a result of my injuries I have lost 2 jobs one after another as I can’t carry out my duties. I am currently signed off work medically and awaiting surgery on my shoulder. I recently became a father and feel a great responsibility to provide for my son which is proving very difficult. Anything you are able to give will be very appreciated and go a long way towards helping me achieve that while I await for my surgery happening soon.
