Fund raising for JMIT Alumini
Fundraise to support JMIT Alumni Thambiraj (Industrial & Production branch)
Our friend Thambiraj is diagnosed with a form of Brain cancer (Glioblastoma Multiforme Stage 4 / High grade Astrocytoma). This was a sudden and unexpected diagnosis with no prior symptoms. This happened on his return to his hometown from work in July 2019 and he had been treated initially by C.S.I Medical College and Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram and following up treatment in International Cancer Center in Neyyoor. He got paralyzed after initial chemotherapy due to recurrence before next chemo.
He is bedridden and needs an assistant coming home for physiotherapy sessions and going to Hospital for his cancer treatments; monthly expenses are much higher than he can afford as he lost his job and his wife is a homemaker.
He has a daughter who is in her 11th grade and trying to get a future despite the current harsh and very unfortunate circumstances.
We thought it would be a huge timely help to coordinate and organize funding so all our JIMIT Alumni irrespective which part of the world we are in can contribute and do our best for fellow JMIT alumni. We request everyone’s help in getting them much needed funding for treatment expenses and his daughter's education. We all pray for his recovery and wish the best for him and his family.
