My daughter Alyssa Montoya is very ill with necrotizing pancreatitis. She developed sepsis two weeks ago and is still fighting for her life. She lost 60% of her pancreas with only 40% remaining. Cause is still unknown. The road to recovery is long and painful. Round the clock morphine and Tylenol are given for fever and severe pain. She recently had a feeding tube inserted under anesthesia to surpass the abdomen to her small intestine to not irritate the pancreas any further. She is receiving supplemental nutrition round the clock. She also developed a pseudocyst around the pancreas. It was touch and go for a while and still might be. She needs several procedures in the near future and hospital expectancy is going to be extensive. Once released she will need specialist to treat her for future issues. Any type of prayer and financial assistance is greatly appreciated. God Bless!
