Hi, my name is Nischal Karki and I’m setting this GoFundMe for my brother Mohit Chhettri, age 35, a kidney and heart patient.
While visiting USA, suddenly he was diagnosed with severe heart and kidney problems resulting in both kidneys failing to function. At one point when he was in the ICU his heart stopped beating and he was considered dead for five minutes before he was resuscitated. The county then sent him to John Muir hospital where he got 3 stents placed in his heart and kidney dialysis.
Along with this, they found stones in his gallbladder and they weren’t able to throw his gallbladder out as he had gone through heart surgery. He now has an external pipe attached to his body to throw out waste and he is doing dialysis three times a week, but he has no insurance to cover his expenses and he is living alone in San Francisco, USA.
