I am looking for donations to help with a scientific project to collect data on trans-medium UAPs in the island of Puerto Rico.

What is the project?

We will be installing antennas and cameras across Puerto Rico to collect and combine data across multiple areas in the island at the same time. We would like to do this for UAP transparency and disclosure.

Why Puerto Rico?

Puerto Rico is one of the hottest spots in the world for UAP activity; however, there has never been a large-scale, coordinated scientific project to monitor and collect data across the island. We aim to be the first to create a unified data capture system on the island.

How does this project work?

The island is 100 miles long and 35 miles wide. I intend to use the UFODAP (UFO Data Acquisition Program) systems designed by Ron Olch and passive radars (via FM antennas similar to Dr. Sygala's system) to detect, film and track the trans-medium UAPs from water, land, and towards space.

We will also be using remote viewers (psionics) to interface with NHI (Non-Human Intelligence).

Where will this data go?

The data will go to the Scientific Coalition for the study of UAPs and scientists for peer review and analysis. The results will be published in scientific publications, and we will be developing an app to grant access to the public. The app will also be able to collect data and add it to the system from your phone.
