Twin PATEROS Books need your passionate publishing funding support!
In 2015, I started writing Pateros in my Spirit that gave birth as well to its twin book Tale of Two Pateros while I was researching and shooting my documentary film about Pateros titled Soul of Fandango. Both books were completed in the same year and since then I kept on searching funds to get them published. With nothing coming along, I decided on self publishing gambit by testing an earlier completed memoir book Tempest: Eye in the Storm and in the process used up my retirement savings for its publication. Thankfully, its printed book and E-book edition will hit the market by this December 2020.
Since 2015 until now that publishing funds are not yet available, Pateros in my Spirit and Tale of Two Pateros have evolved into collective book authorship because many endearing KaPaterosinos, their families and townmates responded to my constant invitation to contribute fond memories, vintage photographs and family stories that now beautifully adorn the final manuscript. Last October 7, an American publishing company appreciated and approved the books for publication. Printed copies will be available in Amazon, Ingram, Spring Arbor and over 30,000 bookstore shelves globally. Their E-book versions could be secured at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Apple iTunes.
Let the the rest of the world know why KaPaterosinos love our hometown Pateros known for being the nation’s Balut Capital and Cradle of Alfombra, our poignant heritage and rich history of gallantry and martyrdom for freedom while we reminisce our blissful youth, joyful life, remarkable triumphs and sterling contributions to our beloved town that are slowly fading away from consciousness but faithfully enshrined in these twin passion books.
Support from the generosity of your hearts Pateros in my Spirit and Tale of Two Pateros. Your excess outpouring of contributions may also see the fruition of our Soul of Fandango, the documentary film version of these books. God bless our collective projects. Thank you!
