Fund our memory boxes for parents who suffer from baby loss
The challenge
The TNF team alongside some amazing people will be climbing England's highest and most prominent mountain - Scafell Pike, which is in the Lake District region of Cumbria. It has a total elevation of 978 metres (3,209 ft) above sea level. What makes this challenge even more special will be, the team will summit this mountain TWICE in one day! Training is well underway and so is our fundraising campaign so please donate generously.
The cause
All funds received will be used to buy the contents of each memory box. These memory boxes will then be donated to hospitals and hospices on behalf of The Nirbhau Foundation for free. Memory boxes are an important part of a bereaved parents’ journey as they contain meaningful keepsakes and mementos to help families create lasting memories of their lost loved one. Each item provides support in their way, which we believe are important to help families remember and honour their child. They also provide a special place for families to store keepsakes in the years to come.
