I am Andrew Rivera, the son of Nora Juanita Salazar-Hernandez. My mother passed away peacefully on 1/17/2025 after her 10 year battle with cancer. My siblings and I were able to honor her last wish of her children to be present with her at the same time. We were able to send my mother to heaven in prayer. My mother was a major advocate for low income residents in the Fresno community, an advocate for cancer awareness and dedicated her life to helping everyone she came across. She fought for others and she fought for her life until the end; something that I truly admire and I will continue her legacy.
