Greetings all!

My Name is Nathan and I’m a college student majoring in Criminology, minoring in Chinese. I am currently pursuing my dream in going into a career of intelligence as that’s my calling to serve and I’ve encountered a unique opportunity that is rather scarce for me.

I’ve been given the opportunity to go to Taiwan this coming summer to not only obtain credit towards my Chinese minor, but engage in practical and intensive language speaking, writing, and reading comprehension. This trip means greatly to me because it signifies great progression into one of my goals in becoming academically bilingual in a valuable language. I’ve also been studying Mandarin Chinese on my own initiative over the past couple of years, so this would greatly accelerate my education and open up a broad range of possibilities for me.

The anticipated cost of the trip would be about $3500, which would include flights, spending money, course materials, transportation, tuition, food, dorms, etc. It’s already quite discounted as I’m a student, which I’m very grateful for.

I only ask for what you’re willing to give. God has cherished me with the stellar opportunities I’ve had over the past years and this is another one that God has called me to pursue and has aided me in doing so. I dedicate my life not only to my Savior, but to a life of service and commitment to my nation. I live for God and I live to serve my people.
