About five years ago, I was grievously wounded and lost my four upper-front teeth, as well as a piece of my maxillary bone, which is the piece of your mouth between your lips and your nose. I've had a dental bridge attached to two crowns, and was recently wounded in a similar context. The bridge and crowns have broken off, and the original teeth aren't strong enough to support a replacement.

This fundraiser is for an oral surgeon to extract the remnants of the crown-teeth, graft on more bone, and then add dental implants upon which my dentist will add crowns and a new permanent bridge.
