I'm Devin Benson, a senior film student at The University of New Mexico. I wrote this screenplay, Kaleidoscope, with my friend and am super excited to shoot it in May. Kaleidoscope is a noir thriller with surreal supernatural elements. The story follows Detective Caine as he is called in to investigate a murder finding a single severed foot at the crime scene. He begins having strange kaleidoscopic visions that start to tie him to the murder and a powerful community figure Joel Wanton. He must fight with his own sanity to solve the case and uncover Joel's sinister motives.
