In 2022 I received the opportunity to move to Hawai’i to work at a non-profit farm. Since then I have dedicated my time to working with the land and serving the community, striving to do my part in creating a sustainable food system in the Kingdom of Hawai'i. During my time on the farm I have learned so much and have cultivated a deeper appreciation for the land and the stewards that tend to her in order to sustain all living things. Hawai’i has become my home and I hope to stay for as long as the island will have me.
However, the time has come for change. I have been searching for jobs, opportunities, and have been working on building my own business with what feels like many closed doors and readjustments. I’ve trusted that these closed doors meant that my next best opportunity would come in divine time.
This leads me to deciding to go back to school for massage therapy. Receiving body work has been instrumental on my own healing path. From recovering after injuries, releasing stored trauma from my body, and learning to receive safe forms of physical touch. I want to share and assist others in feeling safe in their body and release what no longer is serving them. I visited the school and I instantly had a sense of peace and clarity that this was my next best step.
At the heart of it I've always known part of my life's mission was to impact, support, and love others on their journey. Through overcoming many obstacles in my life, striving to become the best version of myself, and healing many depths I've come to the firm belief that our bodies hold so much wisdom. Once we listen and honor this wisdom within, authentic healing is possible.
On my own journey, I discovered wholeness and healing come in many forms. It is my goal to add massage therapy to my scope of practice to offer mind, body, and soul wellness to those who seek support and life altering change. Blending energy healing, breathwork, nature, and body work to connect with deeper parts of ourself and Divine. All bodies deserve to feel supported, nurtured, and cared for. When we support our bodies, healing is possible.
I will be attending Hawai'i Healing Arts College . Classes start in August '25 and will complete in May '26. If you are curious about what I will be learning you can find that here . The tuition breakdown is as follows:
Working at a nonprofit farm and growing food for the community has been fulfilling, but doesn’t give a lot of room to save for big changes or tuition. And this is where you can help! There are some financing options and scholarships that I am looking into and applying for to help offset cost. However, any and all help is greatly appreciated!
I will be working full time while attending school. Right now, I live on the opposite side of the island, and my current housing is tied to my current job. Without traffic it takes an hour to get to school and potentially 2 hours with traffic. I am currently exploring options of moving closer to school and looking for suitable work.
If I am unable to find housing and work closer to school, my commuting expenses will greatly increase and donations will also help cover those expenses. Donations would also go towards helping in making the transition smoother and less stressful.
Lump sum donations or monthly giving is welcome. If other arrangements are preferred, let me know!
BIG love and appreciation for helping dreams come true!
