My name is Fiona and I’m overjoyed to have just completed my first year of part time studies at Emerson College. The course is called the Mental Health Seminar and explores spiritual psychology through Anthroposophy. Learning thus far is already contributing massively to the positive transformation of the vulnerable people I work with. Through the mediums of my life and work the course teachings are reverberating outwards, affecting health and wellbeing in new, exciting and far reaching ways. Last year I was blessed to receive a bursary and a grant as well as donations via the Crowdfunding platform. This sponsorship along with what I contributed myself enabled me to pay the course fee and attend the college 4 times during 2025 for the required residential study. I am hoping you will help me once again to raise the funds which will enable me to complete year 2 of 3 in 2026.

The fee for 2026 is £1100. Each of the 4 residential stays including travel and accommodation are £400 which is a total of £1600 over the year. Therefore the target amount here to cover all costs is £2700.

I am currently working on a proposal to the college for an exchange of services in return for a reduction in course fees. Should this be successful the target amount here will be greatly reduced. Should anyone have other creative fundraising ideas, I’d love to hear them.
