I'm excited to announce that I will be getting the opportunity to do a work study program, and performing as the role of Monostados in Mozarts Magic Flute with the AAMA Mozart Academy in Salzburg Austria, as well as performing a recital including four German Lieder pieces. With this comes the cost of flying to Europe, and being sure I'm fully able to afford amenities such as rent, food, and tourist stuff once the program is over so I can fully experience my time in Salzburg Austria. This is me staying in Europe for a month, and this can lead to added costs.

I will be performing with a few WWU music colleagues in this performance as well, and am excited to work with them in a different country! This will be my first opera performance as I have a lot more experience in musical theatre, but am ready to take on a new challenge. It will really mean a lot to me if you contributed as much money as you're able to, and if you're unable too, you're always free to share my story too! I want the best experience when in Austria, and to have an amazing time singing with colleagues I know, and don't know yet!

I'm a transfer student from SVC who is about to enter their second year in the music program at WWU as a bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, and this would be an excellent opportunity for me to grow as a singer, musician, and actor. I've been singing in choir since 8th grade, and am 23 now, which means I've been doing this for a decade now. I've been doing theatre since I was a little child, and my resume in performance is too much to fully list everything I've been a part of. But with all of this, it will be an amazing opportunity for me to grow as a musician!

I've been actively spending so much time on my role and pieces, and have been working hours per week to make sure I'm fully prepared. I'm grateful for this opportunity, and am excited for what is in store for me when I go to Austria.
