⚾ Help the Mississippi Orioles Get to The Youth Baseball Nationals in Myrtle Beach! ⚾️
The Mississippi Orioles, a nonprofit youth baseball organization founded by Coach Carl Brice, are raising funds to help our team travel to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to compete in The Youth Baseball Nationals — one of the most prestigious youth baseball tournaments in the country! This incredible event is a dream opportunity for our players to showcase their talent, hard work, and dedication on a national stage — and to experience what it truly means to travel and compete together as a team.
About The Youth Baseball Nationals The Youth Baseball Nationals is more than just a tournament — it’s a week-long baseball experience that celebrates players, families, and communities from across the country. The event includes: • ⚾ National-level competition against top teams from all over the U.S. • Opening ceremonies, skills challenges, and player spotlights that highlight every athlete’s achievements. • ️ Team bonding and family-friendly activities in beautiful Myrtle Beach. • Unforgettable experiences that help kids grow in confidence, sportsmanship, and teamwork. For many of our players, this will be their first time traveling with their teammates, and we want to make sure every child gets to experience the full journey — from riding together on a charter bus to sharing moments they’ll remember for a lifetime.
Why We Need Your Help Traveling from Mississippi to South Carolina is a long trip — nearly 11 hours each way — and we want every player and family to be part of this special experience. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on community support to make opportunities like this possible. We’re raising $35,000 to help cover: Charter buses – to give players the true “team travel” experience and ensure safe, comfortable transportation. Lodging and meals – so our players can focus on baseball, not expenses. Parent travel assistance – to help families who otherwise couldn’t afford the long drive join their children for this unforgettable moment. Every donation — no matter the size — helps bring us closer to Myrtle Beach and ensures that no player or family is left behind.
