We are trying to raise money for our son. He was riding his motorcycle when a car made an illegal u-turn in the middle of a two lane road right in front of him. He had no time to react and he hit the car. He totalled his bike, the car and himself. He flew 50+ feet, landing in the grass, thankfully. But unfortunately breaking his femur, tibia, ankles and pelvic bone on both sides. He tore his ACL and MCL in his right knee and fractured his lower back. Basically shattering everything from his lower chest down. He does not have health insurance and can no longer work. The man who cause the accident only had liability insurance for up to 25k. That might cover the ambulance ride to the hospital. He's had 3 surgeries so far and has at least one more to go. He has a very long road ahead of him with physical therapy and healing. We just want to help him pay for the mountain of medical bills and give him a little leeway so he can focus on getting better, not stressing about bills. Donations will go to help pay for his care and for the equipment we still need to get. He still needs a wheelchair, hospital bed, rails and numerous other things. The last thing he needs is to stress over how he can afford to pay for this life changing event.
