They tried to carjack my husband now he's in jail

Hello, my name is Carlos and I'm currently in trouble for protecting myself. My wife and I, our home was the victim of gang violence on March 5, 2021. 7 bullet holes in our house, we called the police that night, showed the police and detectives the video, the police did nothing. The gangs came back again, and again. On 07.23.2021 another local scumbag tries to make me wreck my car, brake checks me over and over. Puts my life at risk. I defend myself and I'm the one in jail. What has this world come to? Hard-working American people have no rights. Gangs, thugs, and low lives have the right to hurt people. I need help with attorney fees. Somewhere this has to stop. Please help
