Fund Mussa and Ana's Visionary Film Project

The Unraveling is an experimental short film co-created by Maria Luisa “Mussa” Marín and Ana Paula Teixeira. In a powerful nightmare, “Marina” enters the meadows of violent nature where she is forced to fight within the deep realm of her mind that the harnessed pain and suffering of early trauma begin. A rebirth guides her into the river of trust, forgiveness, and vulnerability.

We are fundraising to develop, scan, and edit the proof of concept we have already filmed in 16mm black and white thanks to the help of Liliet Rosa, a queer Cuban cinematographer. This proof of concept will be used to further funding of the film and to be able to shoot its script in its entirety.
