Maitra has lost her front tooth! Nearly 88 years old, she is still working doing counseling and teaching. On a social security income and largely subsidized by her wonderful son, Phil, she is in need of additional funds to get a new front tooth, which costs a substantial amount of money.

Maitra has been a valuable member of the Santa Cruz community - offering meditation workshops and has recently released a new book.
