Fund Luke's Fight Against Toxic Exposure

Hi, my name is Luke and our small farm and home in Colorado was recently exposed to chemical contamination from the larger industrial orchard that neighbors our home. My entire family is being monitored and treated for pesticide exposure.

On top of our medical and travel expenses for treatment (3 hour round trip/ once every 3-5 days), we have been instructed by our doctors to have our well, soil, livestock, pets, tap to public water, window sills and home tested for heavy metals and pesticides.

Chemical/toxic exposure tort is complicated requires several expert witnesses and technicians the process could take years to resolve in court. This makes the retainer fee for attorneys significantly higher than the average retainer fees.

The funds from this fundraiser will cover medical expenses and legal fees.
