Hello,

My name is Travis and I have the distinguished honor of being Lori's son-in-law.

On January 3rd, 2023, Lori suffered a mild heart attack that resulted in Lori having a quadruple bypass heart surgery at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, MI on January 6th. A day that will change her life forever.

As of writing this, we do not yet know what the total cost of the current medical expenses will be but have found some resources online that indicated that we can expect medical bills in excess of several hundred thousand dollars.

Lori and her amazing husband Gary are faced with covering these medical expenses 100% out of pocket and will use donations to cover the cost of the surgery, her hospital stay and the cost of her appointments and medications from this point forward.

If you know Lori, you know that she is the MOST selfless, compassionate, considerate and hard-working person you have ever met. If the tables were turned, she would be the one helping others as she has for so many of us already. Lori has found solace in her faith in God and her family since her surgery on January 6th but it's our turn to help her and Gary out.
