Hi, I’m Angelina, but you can call me Lina!

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve dreamed of having my own coffee shop or coffee truck — something small, cozy, and full of heart. A place where people can come together, feel at home, and enjoy a really good cup of coffee made with love.

Now, at 22, I’m working to make that dream a reality — not just for me, but with my mom by my side. Together, we’re creating Lina’s Lattes, a rustic coffee truck that brings farm-fresh coffee and food to the heart of our North Fork community.

What makes this even more meaningful is that the truck will also feature my mom’s business, North Fork Fresh Eggs. I’ve had the privilege of watching her grow something incredible from the ground up — a business built on passion, hard work, and care for the land and the people around us.

That’s inspired me to do the same — to build something I can be proud of and that gives back to the place we call home.

At Lina’s Lattes, we care deeply about supporting local farms, staying connected to nature, and building a space where people feel welcomed and cared for. Whether we’re at a farmer’s market or a small-town event, we want our little truck to be a bright, happy stop in someone’s day.
