Hi, I’m Abriella from the International School of Hilversum, the founder of Heart of Hope, an initiative aimed at raising awareness and supporting life-saving heart transplant research at Erasmus MC Rotterdam.

Heart of Hope is fully supported by the International School Hilversum and endorsed by leading cardiologists and professors at Erasmus MC.
