Hello, my name is Leo Kanter and I am a Baal Teshuva, longing to return to Eretz Yisrael for a second year in yeshivas Derech Ohr Sameach. I am returning in order to further my growth in Judaism and solidify the foundation for my life as a yid.

I distanced from Judaism over time as a teen and I have now returned onto the Derech (pun intended) thanks to my amazing yeshiva and truly special Rabeim, and I wish to learn more.

Although I am working this summer and am saving every penny for my return, I am in a tough position financially and cannot pay for the plane ticket or expenses in Israel, much less tuition. If there is anything you can donate, it would mean the world to me. Thank you.
