In May of 2024, my former husband was charged with sexual solicitation of a minor under 16 towards our then 2.5-year-old son. Fast forward to July of 2025, and he received his sentence for the crime.

He was given 15 years, 3 fixed with 12 indeterminate. There is also a 30-year no-contact order in place between him and my son.

I currently hold full physical and legal custody of him but, to me, that is not enough. Any parent that commits such a horrific crime against their child should no longer be a parent.

I am asking for help with hiring an attorney (I already have one picked out) to remove his parental rights and eliminate him from mine and my son’s life for good.

This will require $3000 for the attorney retainer to get this done.

Please try to help in any way you can so I can remove this man.
