We've raised $2000 for recording and editing, and need another $2000 for physical CDs and vinyl production.

This is a crucial step in the fundraising for this album because I am traveling to new Michigan venues this year, and I really want to sell concert-goers my CDs and vinyl so they can enjoy the music - and with the money I make from the sales, I can keep touring!

I know it’s a steep price for these tickets and for pre-ordering. The money you spend on this concert ticket will support my growth throughout 2025 and help me make new connections with fans, who will then help me make more new connections and play more venues…etc! It will be a huge value! And the people who have donated and I are having a lot of fun as we enjoy the growth of this whole experience of the concert, etc!!

A limited run of both CDs and Vinyl will be ordered and pressed after the final record of the live show is mixed, mastered and formatted for release. Even if you can’t make it to the show on May 18th you can still use eventbrite to pre-order a Vinyl or CD before they sell out. Online sales will be closing on July 18th 2025.

Hello! I’m Kat Steih, songwriter, singer, guitarist, performer, crowd-whisperer. For the past few years I’ve been performing solo acoustic shows with my original songs that have been very special experiences for both me and the audience. After the concert I’ve been told that concert-goers laughed, cried, and felt deeply connected to the songs I’m singing. After years of investing in voice lessons, guitar lessons, and songwriting development, I'm ready to capture these acoustic renderings of my original songs, plus the energy of my live performances, in a proper recording.

The Project:

Why Now?

While I've been playing solo concerts for years, all my previous albums have been with a full band. This will be my first recording that truly captures the essence of my solo live performances. Having this sort of package is the ticket for better booking and touring that I’m now embarking on in this stage of my music career.
