My name is Spencer Thomas. This year I am coaching for Kaizen Volleyball Club. My team is a 15u Boys team. I am very lucky to be coaching a very competitive-goal oriented group of young men! Several of our players are hoping to play in College. In order to play college volleyball, they will need to play at large tournaments all over the US. Due to the required travel, several of our players are financially disadvantaged and have run into the issue of lack of funding for our remaining tournaments.
