Hiya! My name is Josh (I also go by Rose) and I'm a gender nonconforming person living my life in Olympia, WA! I'm a chef looking to further my knowledge of food and start my own business, but I'm needing some help.

Quality equipment and ingredients get quite pricey very quickly. I don't currently have steady work, hence my making this fundraiser. You'd be helping me further my self-taught culinary education, while also allowing me to share the meals I create with loved ones and my community. Who knows, that could be you reading this, too!

I love cooking and I love to share food with the people around me. It's truly a passion of mine to create something that people love. I believe good food brings people together, and a strong community (especially during troubling times) benefits everyone that's a part of it.
