Hi, my name is Jory, and I’m raising funds to attend DePaul University, where I’ve been accepted into their unique Comedy Arts program. I’m seeking funds to help cover tuition and living expenses over the next four years.

Pursuing a career in the arts—especially in comedy, has been my dream for as long as I can remember. Making people laugh, telling stories, and expressing myself creatively is what gives me life and purpose. DePaul’s program is one of the only ones of its kind, and it’s the perfect next step in helping me turn my passion into a profession.

This opportunity means everything to me, especially because I’ve had to overcome so much just to get here. I’ve battled financial hardship for years, including periods of homelessness and not knowing where my next meal would come from. Despite those challenges, I’ve remained focused on my goals and have worked hard to create a path forward.

Now that I have the chance to attend college, I want to give it everything I have, but I need help getting there. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward helping me cover the costs of my education and basic living needs.
