Fund Johny Fernandez-Aparicio's Final Farewell

On August 12th at approximately 7PM, Johny Fernandez-Aparicio tragically passed away to what we believe was a seizure. He was loved by all and we are all devastated to see him go so young. He had a big future ahead of him and did not deserve this ending.

Since Monday morning at 5AM he was dealing with constant stomach pain. Two weeks ago on Wednesday July 30th, his tooth was infected and he went to get it checked out at the dentist as an emergency visit. They told him if he waited any longer, it could have been fatal and they're glad he came in when he did. He was prescribed antibiotics for the pain. Exactly a week after on August 6th, he was scheduled for a visit to get that same tooth extracted. He was advised to not brush for a few days and eat only purees while it heals. There was no mention of medication or an effort to schedule a follow up appointment. There was no mention of what he should do about his extracted tooth. Can he get an implant or anything ? His initial antibiotics he was prescribed for the first visit, he finished Saturday. It was Sunday night/Monday morning that the pain became unbearable. He was going to the bathroom every 10 minutes or so to try and pass the food his body was trying to digest but nothing came out. Anything that wasn't being digested, he threw up. Even water would upset his stomach. He took laxatives but nothing. It hurt for him to move in the slightest and he couldn't even sleep peacefully. He declined any visit to the hospital as he believed they will just prescribe him laxatives and let him go home. Moments before his tragic death, he was able to use the restroom. He passed everything in his gut but right after, he collapsed. I pray he was in no pain in that moment.
