My name is Johnny Carabajal, U.S. Army veteran and Team USA freediver. On September 20th, I’ll be competing at the AIDA World Championships in Limassol, Cyprus.

Freediving has been my healing path from PTSD, giving me peace, strength, and purpose. Now, I compete not only for myself but to inspire others, especially veterans, to pursue their passions and discover new purpose.

I’ve trained to depths beyond 100 meters, but while sponsors provide gear, financially we are on our own. I’m raising funds to cover travel, lodging, and competition fees so I can focus fully on representing Team USA at the highest level.
