Hello! My name is Esther Lent. I am setting up this GoFundMe to financially assist my parents during their recoveries. In late June, my mom, Marion, is having rotator cuff surgery to reattach two severed tendons. This will put her out of commission for three months to six months until full recovery. For those of you who know my mom, three months of immobilization will be a challenge unlike any she's faced before!

Adding to this, following a fall last winter and a long wait for the Dartmouth Spine and Pain Clinic, my dad learned he has compressed and fused spinal discs, as well as arthritis and scoliosis. Finally, the team is in place and a plan of action is underway. This is a lengthy process, with hopeful positive results sometime this autumn.

My parents, Marion and Jeffrey, need financial help during this period to cover medical bills and living expenses. Many of you know them from their creative work, community life, and friendship.
