Fund Jared's Gourmet Truck in Los Alamos

My name is Jared Krupp. I am starting a food truck business in Los Alamos, New Mexico. I will be serving items that are difficult to get in Los Alamos: gourmet sandwiches, smash burgers, gourmet hot dogs, and fresh salads. I have a lifetime of experience in the food industry. I know every aspect of the business, from food cost, labor costs, etc. I had an investor, who unfortunately backed out of the deal at the last moment.We were supposed to pick up the food truck on Saturday, may 3rd, and we were supposed to be open for business on June 1. I now have to determine how long they will hold the food truck for me. I have been working on this business model for the past two years. I am confident that it is a winning proposal. I am trying to avoid having to take out a business loan through the bank, as the interest rate is high, and I would like to keep my start up costs to a minimum.I have been a member of the food industry for the past 4 years in Los Alamos, working full time at the Blue Window Bistro. I know $100,000 is a lofty goal, but if I can reach $20,000 I can then go to the bank and borrow the remainder.
