Fund Ivan's Medical Cost.

Hi, my name is Josh Espino. I am raising funds to help with my brother, Ivan Sigifredo Munoz Leyva. My brother Ivan is a single parent raising his 6-year-old daughter. I am trying to help out my big brother since he is raising his daughter by himself. Unfortunately, my brother does not have health insurance. He is fighting not only for his life but for his daughter's life as well, since he wants his daughter to not only grow up without her father but to be part in his daughter's life as well.

My brother's medical condition is called cardiomyopathy. It is a hereditary disease of the heart muscle. This condition makes it hard for the heart to deliver blood to the body, and can lead to heart failure. My brother needs a heart transplant immediately so he can have a healthy life’s with his daughter.

Hija de 6 años. Estoy tratando de ayudar a mi hermano mayor ya que él solo está criando a su hija. Lamentablemente, mi hermano no tiene seguro médico. Él está luchando no solo por su vida sino también por la vida de su hija, ya que quiere que su hija no solo crezca sin su padre sino que también sea parte de la vida de su hija.

La condición médica de mi hermano se llama miocardiopatía. Es una enfermedad hereditaria del músculo cardíaco. Esta afección dificulta que el corazón lleve sangre al cuerpo y puede provocar insuficiencia cardíaca. Mi hermano necesita un trasplante de corazón de inmediato para poder tener una vida sana con su hija.
