I'm Huld Martha (she/ her or ve/ ver), a Norwegian trans-femme in Scotland.

I'm trying to fund trans healthcare procedures I can't access on the National Health Service in the UK. I'm currently looking for the funds to get Facial Feminisation Surgery and a hair transplant to feminise my hairline.

It has become increasingly difficult for me to move through the world not seeing myself reflected in the mirror or in my interactions with others. FFS would allow me to shift my facial features to a place that is still very recognisably me, but with a softer overall look that feels more congruent with my self image. A more "feminine" hairline would give me more freedom of expression in how I style myself, which is another important aspect of my confidence moving through the world.

It's important we stick together, so I'm also pledging to support other fundraisers with the money I am able to raise here: Until I've paid for my own procedures, I will donate 25% of all raised funds to other trans fundraisers, giving preference to trans people with multiple marginalisations, like Black, indigenous and other trans people of colour, and disabled trans folks.

Once I've raised enough to pay for everything, 100% of my donations will be given on to other fundraisers.

I've set my target to £40K, £10K of which would be for other fundraisers, but the 100% threshold will be determined by real costs, which might be less or more. I aim for transparency in terms of how much is going to what, which includes sharing the fundraisers I myself donate on to.
