Fund Hailey's Road to Recovery

Dear Family & Friends of Hailey,

My name is Shane Still, I’m a close friend of Hailey and I’m writing to share what has recently happened.

Hailey was in a detrimental car accident resulting in a future surgery on her left ankle.

She was riding as the passenger, and the car was struck on the passenger side, which totaled the car and sent Hailey to the Emergency Room. The event left Hailey with deep tissue bruising, a torn ligament, a broken medial malleolus, as well as the deltoid ligament. We all hoped it would heal independently without further intervention.

Unfortunately, upon further medical examinations, Hailey required immediate surgery on Wednesday, May 29. This event was completely unexpected, and something we never hoped for our poor Hailey. Like most of us, we aren’t prepared for surgery that quickly.

Her current recovery time is 12 weeks. Sadly, she is unable to work because of her recovery.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help Hailey pay for current bills and life expenses. Hailey is a service worker--operating her way through life in a salon and a restaurant. She works six days a week. Now, she can’t work at all because of her surgery and recovery time.

Hailey’s life is flipped upside down right now. She’s stuck at home recovering and her life feels on hold. Going to the gym is one of her main passions, and she can’t even go to work out and clear her head.

We know times are tough, and we do not ask solely for your currency. If you can donate, we truly appreciate it, but if you can’t, we understand just as much.
