PLEASE HELP with HEART & KIDNEY TRANSPLANT MEDS.

Hi, I am Gregory Smith. My roller coaster ride began with my first heart attack in 1997. I was diagnosed with CARDIOMYOPATHY & CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE, and for the past 26 years, I've navigated the twists and turns of this relentless disease.

In recent months I have hit a critical road block. My heart function has reached its lowest, with an Ejection Fraction (the percentage of blood leaving the heart each time it contracts) to an all time low of 4.8%. The normal ejection fraction for a healthy heart typically ranges between 50% and 70%.

On November 4th, I experienced a life-threatening episode, flatlining and spending a month in the ICU. Further diagnoses revealed ADVANCED HEART FAILURE & CARCINOGENIC SHOCK.

The only beacon of hope now is a heart transplant. I've completed evaluations and medical tests, passing them to qualify for a heart transplant.
