OUR PURPOSE
At Freedom Movement we believe that all women deserve to walk in freedom that comes from knowing they are loved and seen, despite the pain of their past or present. We are dedicated to making hope and healing accessible, attainable, and affordable.

Providing affordable coaching and community to find freedom and healing today.
THE PROBLEM
Mental Health Care typically comes with a high price tag and too often a bad stigma. Many women can’t access the healing they need due to the high cost of care.
OUR SOLUTION
Freedom Movement is determined to keep costs low on high quality services we provide – process groups, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
· Hire dedicated and well-trained coaches and counselors that help women discover the hope and healing God has for them.
· Provide process groups, workshops, and one-on-one coaching designed to guide women through a journey to find healing and hope.
· Teach practical and applicable tools on how to move from a place of feeling stuck to a place of experiencing freedom and the abundant life God has intended.
· Develop resources focused on pursuing healing for the root issues vs. solely dealing with behavior modification.

Women’s Mental Health Facts:
· 12 million women in the United States experience clinical depression each year.
· 1 in every 8 women can expect to develop clinical depression during their lifetime.
· Women report attempting suicide twice as often as men.
· More than 50% of women believe depression is a “normal part of aging.”
· More than 41% of women cited embarrassment or shame as barriers to treatment.
· An estimated 15% that are hospitalized for depression eventually take their own lives.
· Social factors also lead to higher rates of clinical depression among women. Including stress from work, family responsibilities, roles and expectations of women, and increased rates of sexual abuse and poverty.
