Fund for Zoe Parr
Donation protected
Luke left this world and it has created an emptiness in many of our hearts at Visa and beyond. He did leave a shining memorial who is now almost two years old--Zoe Parr.
She is too young to lose a father who himself was too young to die. Hopefully this fund will help Zoe and Mel by making the road ahead a little easier to navigate.
At the end of the month we will transfer whatever funds we have collected to Mel so she can use them for Zoe as she sees fit.
Note: Go Fund Me has asked me to supply a little more information in the story so everything is fully transparent.
1. Who you are and your relationship to the intended recipient(s) of your campaign’s donations
I am Brian Hamilton and was Luke's last manager at Visa. I had been his manager since I moved to Visa in Singapore 3.5 years ago.
2. A detailed explanation of how the funds will be spent
The funds are being collected to be able to support Zoe Parr, Luke's daughter who is almost 2 years old. The funds will be up to her mother to determine how best to use for Zoe's benefit.
3. Your plan for ensuring your campaign’s donations reach their intended recipient(s). This could be clarifying that they will be added as the beneficiary of the campaign, or if they have authorized you to withdraw the funds on their behalf and deliver the money to them outside of GoFundMe.
When we close fund raising at the end of June I will have the funds sent to my US bank account. I will then wire transfer them to Melanie Parr, Zoe's mother.
