Bullard & Palm Victims Family Support Fund

On Saturday, December 26th, 2020 a tragic accident occurred at the intersection of Bullard and Palm Avenues in Northwest Fresno. The driver of a black Ford Mustang drove at extreme speed through the intersection at hit two vehicles. Unfortunately, this resulted in the loss of three souls from the same family. The victims are:

Christopher Vang, age 27
Linda Chang, age 21
Allison Chang, age 17

Fresno City Councilmember Mike Karbassi and Pao Yang, Executive Director of The Fresno Center are working in partnership to raise funds for funeral expenses and family support for the victim's families. The Fresno Center is also providing mental health and holistic support.
