New year means new goals for many. To start the year off I have set myself a January fitness goal of 500km running, 5,000 push ups, and 5,000 sit ups. This total will have to be achieved by the 31st of January and will be carried out virtually. Info on my progress can be found via Instagram @malonehealthfitness
Due to the harsh and uncertain times we have all faced the past year I have decided to try and give back and contribute a little to my own community, therefore the funds being raised will go towards St.Fiaccs house Graiguecullen.
As a physical trainer I was working twice a week for the last three years with the residents and day care of the nursing home, until the pandemic hit.
The work Joan and her staff put in on a day to day base is incredible and I know the money will be put to very good use.
